Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements. dora77 aims to process Withdrawals via DuitNow and FPX within three (3) to fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Eligible Account holders may refer new members to dora77 using a unique referral code. Mix Parlay bets combining multiple selections are subject to all individual leg rules. If one or more legs of a parlay is voided (e.g., abandoned match, postponed fixture), the parlay will be recalculated with the remaining legs. Mix Parlay is available on eligible football markets including EPL and Liga Super Malaysia.
If a disconnection occurs during a live casino game session, the Platform will attempt to resume the session from the last confirmed state. Where resumption is not possible, the hand or spin will be settled according to the studio's published disconnection rules. dora77 is not liable for losses caused by network issues outside its control.

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or email. Requests for Account closure will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining verified Balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method following final account review.
Upon Account termination, all Bonus Funds and associated wagering balances are forfeited. Verified real-money Deposits that have not been wagered remain refundable subject to successful AML review.
